Stowit is built from the ground up with a focus on simplifying life and saving money for company owners with few accounting events. Administering the necessary tasks required to maintain a company with low activity (ongoing bookkeeping, tax returns, annual reports, etc.) doesn't take many minutes for an accounting firm, but their invoice is still far too expensive.

We got tired of paying too much for our own low-activity companies and wanted to create something better in the market. We use our own technology and a team of experts to streamline the entire flow and management, making it as simple and affordable as possible for our customers.

You'll get started easily and quickly on our platform where we guide and help you through the process of putting your company on autopilot with us. It's super easy to transfer your bookkeeping to us, and it usually takes no more than a few minutes to get started. Once your company is managed by us, we handle everything needed to meet all administrative requirements for your limited company. Sometimes we'll ask you to log in to handle something, and you can log in to your account at any time to see events and administrative activities happening with your company. Otherwise, just put your feet up and enjoy the freedom of not having to think about this.

No, it doesn't have to be. If you have historical accounting events that haven't been recorded yet when you sign up for Stowit, we're happy to help with that. The cost depends on how much bookkeeping is required to catch up. To get an estimate of what it would cost you specifically to catch up with your bookkeeping, you can either create an account and follow the onboarding process (it's completely free), or simply email us at team@stowit.se.

We are constantly expanding the service to cover more and more of our customers' needs. Soon we will also be able to help you withdraw company capital in the most beneficial way and also help you wind down the company if you no longer want to keep it. More information about this is coming soon.

We cover all administrative and accounting requirements to keep a limited company running. This includes the company's bookkeeping, annual report, tax returns (K10 and INK2), employer declarations, VAT returns, AGM minutes, and confirmation certificates.
